The Sims Mobile - game crashes upon launching

I’m not sure what’s causing it, I’ve tried restarting my iPad, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, my iOS is up to date, for the last few days it would crash every hour or so, and I’d lose all progress I’d made in that hour, and now it just won’t start at all.

Same happend to me 6 days ago. When I try to open the game it crashes within seconds. I’ve tried everything in the troubleshooting list, had Email contact with EA, but they do nothing to help, just asking me to do the same things over and over again.

What kind of iPad do you have?

I have the iPad 2 10.5” - it looks like it was just doing that while I was hosting a party on the game

Did you have a stable internet connection?

Yes, my internet was stable, it was a good 24 hours that i couldn't get into my game.

I am having the same problem on an Iphone 6s running 11.2.2. It just started yesterday. I made no recent application updates. I have been playing the game for months with no issues until now. It starts to load and then crashes. I reinstalled but did not help at all. I have tried all the other recommendations I have found online too, but none help yet. It crashes everytime I try to open the game now.

I followed your link here about my sim at relationship level 10 with sim with no blue thing. I did the tainted love or something but she won’t move in. I have open sim space.
