The Sims Mobile Game reset

Hello Simmers!

My game was restarted, from level 36 to 1. I have already contacted 11 times and nothing has been resolved. I've followed all the steps and nothing.

My game was saved on Google Play Games, EA, Twitter and Facebook and all progress has been reset. 

I don't know what to do anymore, does anyone know what I do? Who do I talk to? Has anyone had this problem and managed to solve?

A closer help from support would help me!

We'll do our best to help you and and to restore your game back to level 36. 

In order to investigate, we do need some additional information from you. It's best not to share personal details publicly on the forums, but you can send me a DM with the requested information.

To send me a DM, click on my username and press the little black enveloppe. 

I'll need the following information:

• Do you remember the Player ID that you had when you were level 36?
• Are you still playing on that Player ID?
• Have you created a support ticket through the game?
• If so, what is the case number?
• If you have any screenshots of the Player ID, then please share those too via DM.

I can't return my account back I've gone mad trying more than 5 times but can't bring my data back

My account was linked to my gmail only

But why the game shows me the previous accout I played instead of the game I've been linked to it ???

First time I saw my accout and I chose it but nothing happend because of bugs. I had a head of a sim floating on my screen in a new accout 

I want my accout back fix all this problems 

Too much energy and data gone just to bring a accout back!!!!😭😡

Just why is that so hard to login???whyyyy
