The Game Does Not Download

When I enter epic games , I click install the game origin opens but the game does not download, what is the reason ?

@sqtstrike Do you have Origin installed on the PC or it only running Origin lite?

Hey @sqtstrike  could you clear the Origin cache and see if that helps.

it didn't work, my problem is I am forwarding the issue that the epic account is not linked to origin but they haven't found any help yet.
