Territory Wars Map

Several guild members and myself experiencing access issues with the current TW map.  Once in the territory map I (and others) have been unable to exit the event other than a hard re-boot of the game.  Opponent zones can be selected but all other icons/actions on the game screen are inactive (e.g. back arrow, chat, home button).

This is across multiple devices and operating systems (IOS/Android).
