Territory War sign up bug

I signed up for this TW during the sign up phase, however, I currently do not see the TW active in my Guild Events screen. I have tried on Android and IOS. I have restarted the app. Please help - the TW starts soon!

I had the same problem. I joined Territory Wars as well and then it just disappeared. I tried contacting customer service filed case number 43204175. Gave them my ally code 587-177-356, and the agent stated they could not help me get back into Territory Wars, they did not have the power to compensate me, and that I could try the forums. 

  So, it sounds like (from what I’ve gotten so far) their telling us too bad.
