Territorial War crash on connectivity issue

Hi EA team,

I had encountered app crash issue in the recent 2 rounds of TW. The app crash occurred when an opponent squad is selected in a specific zone and the battle failed to load, leading to error code 9.57 - Connectivity issue. However, other events such GAC and raid ran perfectly fine.

Very much appreciated if you can look into this matter.

I'm sorry to hear this

If you are in a battle and your device has no connection to the servers this error will happen. This error happens because your internet connection got interrupted somehow.

A possible solution to this is to make sure you have the best wifi signal by being close to your router,  when doing those battles.
