Due to the current situation with the Coronavirus, we've had to make some changes to our support options for SWTOR.
Phone support is no longer available until further notice. Instead, if you have an issue with your account or with a payment, you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org . If you have access to your account and are a subscriber, you can create a ticket in-game for account and billing issues as well. Please do not select the bug report category unless you are reporting a bug that doesn't require help from CS.
We ask for your patience as email and ticket volumes grow, and support will do their best to assist you.
