Teleporting/ lag every game

I keep teleporting,feeezing or getting disconnected from a game. I’ve sometimes had these issues after an update but I’ve tried everything. My wifi and PC are completely fine. This started 4 days ago and It hasn’t gotten any better, no matter what I try. If you have any ideas of what I could do, I’d love a feedback. Thank you.
