Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get the twitch prime back into my account?
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t get my twitch prime pack that I claimed on Friday at 5:00pm?!
What should be happening instead? I should have the pack

You know what the problem is and you have fixed it for most people so I don’t see how you haven’t fixed it yet.
