TTD issues still (PS4 Pro) [ Edited ]

Hey,

after the last patch I’m still getting a lot of TTD issues during a game. My ping is quite good, usually sits at 20 for Euro servers. Is there going to be any changes made to TTD coming up, or am I stuck with this situation? The game has become unplayable because of this, and I’m told that it may be the fact that my ping is good while the game favours higher ping players. Is there any truth in this?
