TOO MUTCH STUTTERING AND FPS DROPS

Cmon mannn update after update seems to get worse i played the trial a few weeks back and now bought the game and i tell ya the game had no problem pls somebody tell me a way of fixing the goddamn fps stutters and drops from 50 fps to 20 i even fixed the fps to 30 and still got 15 fps WTF is this when is the next update coming

and is anybody else having the same issues?

like at the start of the race i get fps drops 

Freeroam fps drops and stuttering 

the game worked fine until an update * everything

Setting Depth of field to low fixed it for me even though I have a great pc that should have no problem running depth of field.
