THe game is disconnecting me, and I cant redownload it. [ Edited ]

Hi.
The game started randomly disconecting me every few minutes at Sunday. 
Since that I tried several things.

1. Uniinstall last win updates
2. Roll back to previous Win 10 build
3. Reinstall network drivers

Now I tried to uniinstall the game and reinstall it, but the game doesnt even start downloading (The client is stuccked at 0%). 

I have used AVG Free antivirus to run PC analysis and everything seems to be ok. 

I havent had the AVG installed before the problems started, so it isnt the cause.

I have contacted the connection developer. My connection is all right. I even tried ping -t on google, and I have any lost packets in 10 min long test.

I just played a game of war thunder and I have no problem with connectivity in other games.

I live in central Europe.
