System Override "Overrides" textures badly

I've just updated the game and for some reason my textures have gone to hell almost everything near me turns black or disappears and it's annoying i've even been getting character textures missing when selecting characters in a match. Anyone else having the same problem? no matter what i do in terms of graphics settings, i cannot seem to fix it and i don't wanna play on poor quality. my PC is decent so maybe the System Override update has brought upon new issues to the game?

especially with Caustic and in game there's like a shadow all around the legend. when i get close to a bin it makes it darker. check the pics

@mortalmeteor , a repair of the game fix the problem for me... i just did that.

yes it's a hassle to re-download 16gb but it was worth it!

I've sorted it! i went to Apex on my Origin Library, right clicked it and clicked "repair" and it worked out
