Switching to a new apple account

I'm trying to switch my old account to a new apple id and its unsuccessful.

I've linked it on facebook but it always stuck on the screen where it ask u to type "DELETE" to proceed

after you typed it it just cant proceed.


I have already turned off game center, as i have in no way to retrieve my oldest apple id account.

Hope if you can advice me how to do it, thank you very much.
