My brother and I have been playing apex together and with our cousins since the game came out. My brother recently got a gaming PC and was super excited to play apex on it as he loved how the PC players could move so well. But just a month later his account was permanently banned and every time he tried to see how that could be he got a cold shoulder from the team answering his questions. Demanding he stop trying to fix it. They had the proof but wouldn’t prove it.
is this how EA deals with customers that have spent hundreds into this game?
we only played together and I know he didn’t cheat cause we played in the same room some times and I help him with computer problems and he doesn’t have cheat software on his PC. I’ve checked. And his ability didn’t get any better.

But if we try to get answers from the place we’re supposed to go we get the cold shoulder treatment and accused of something we would argue we didn’t do than where should we go for answers. Cause the correct place won’t do it?
