Summarize your bug Keep getting told I’m battling too Much to receive raid rewards even though I battle once or twice per raid and haven’t changed guilds in over a year. This has only been a problem since the new raids started. EA help has been disastrous with their help and have resorted to this.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Learn to code games before implementing changes
What happens when the bug occurs? No rewards are given
What do you expect to see? I would like the 3 lots of raid rewards this bug has made me lose out on returned
The EA help function is shocking. Extremely
difficult to navigate and appears to be run by people who haven’t even heard of the company.

Hi @Mylliam06,
You're right, if you're only battling once or twice then that message shouldn't be appearing for you. We've flagged it and hope to get an updated message there instead soon.
In order to be eligible for the raid rewards for the Krayt Dragon Hunt, you'd need to submit at least one of those attempts with achieved points.
Here's how you'd do that:
I've popped a screenshot under the spoiler tag as a visual of where the submit button appears after the battle for referencing:
Make sure the submit button is being hit in order to log the attempts you'd like to log and be eligible for the rewards.
Also, check in on when the Guild resets the raid hunts. You may end up missing the battles for the next raid hunt without realising you haven't participated in it. When that happens, there won't be any rewards available for that particular hunt. The best thing to do there is keep an eye on when the Guild resets the raids so you can get your attempts logged before the next raid hunt starts.
