Swgoh Krayt dragon raid bug
I ran the raid Krayt Dragon Hunt with my guild this week. I only submitted 5 tries and when the raid was over I received no rewards in the mail. I only received a message that said I exceeded my raid attempts and would not receive any rewards. How is this possible when you limit the amount of attempts to 5. When I put in a help ticket the help team just said I received my rewards already. Even with proof from a screen shot they kept repeating the same thing. Then they linked me to a discussion about a krayt dragon bug and basically told me I was screwed and they would note my feedback. So I was screwed over by what appears to be a known bug and given zero explanation other than that. This seems like a great way to treat the community that plays your game.

We've flagged that message and hope to get an updated message there instead soon. It's causing a bit of confusion so sorry about that.
In terms of the raid rewards, if the support team checked and saw you did get the rewards for that particular raid hunt then you got the rewards for that particular raid hunt.
What could be happening is the Guild might be resetting the raid before you completed all 5 of your attempts for the last hunt. You may end up missing the battles for the next raid hunt without realising you haven't participated in it. When that happens, there won't be any rewards available. The best thing to do there is keep an eye on when the Guild resets the raids so you can get your attempts logged before the next raid hunt starts.
