I’ve purchased The sweet treat pro ticket which costs £8.99, it took the money straight away from my bank but said into the game the transaction was cancelled and that it took no money. The purchase is the App Store said pending for quite a few hours after that it states I’ve purchased the sweet treat pro ticket but I’ve not received the purchase in the app

Is this transaction still showing as pending on your transaction history, or is it showing as completed or cancelled now?

@EA_Solaire it ended up saying that the payment was accepted after pending so I requested a refund from apple store afterwards as I still didn’t receive the pack, I’ve purchased it twice and the same thing happened and I have requested a refund again, I think it might be a bug with the app itself
