My account was logged in from Russia and I have since received a fair fight ban for 1 week.
Upon placing a support ticket I received an automated email reply restating that I am banned for a week and support ticket has been deleted. There is no way to talk to anyone on this.
There are a couple of technical issues here one no one replys to support tickets.
My account has been comprised potential EA data breech?
You have allowed someone to log in from Russia. & an an innocent player banned for cheating

OK so I thought I would post an update.
4 days later after being told I could get the ban lifted.and a response in 24 hours
I received the following email
Thanks for contacting us about your account action.
We got your note and did a full investigation of your account. After reviewing your case, we determined that we took the correct action in accordance with EA policies and procedures.
What this means
We have confirmed that your account was involved in cheating. Because of this, we will not remove the sanction on your account.
You break our rules(https://www.ea.com/terms-of-service#section6) if you:
• use software that interferes with or disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
• use undocumented features, exploits or cheats in-game that disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
• use software or cheats that disconnects other users from the EA servers.

Where do I report issues with the customer service team?
As they have not only lied to me, they have wasted 2 hours of my time and gave me false hope that the issue was sorted.
No reply to why I was flagged that a Russian ip had logged into my account and still allowed to play games.
No reply to the cheats that were being used.
No investgation
Being told I would be unbanned when I havent been.
Paying 50 bucks for a game that is effectively bricked.
Live chat repeating have a nice day Im a valued gamer though which is helpful.
