Sudden unplayable rubber banding Battlefront II

★★★★★ Newbie

After downloading the Capital Supremacy Kamino update on Xbox any lobby I enter constantly rubber bands. I had no issues the few weeks I owned Battlefront II prior to that update. But now it's pretty much unplayable. Any other multiplayer games I play function normally except Battlefront II. I've reset my internet a few times already and fully restarted my console but nothing is working.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Are you still experiencing rubberbanding? Have you tried setting a different server ping site under the in-game settings or found any improvement playing after rebooting the network? (unplug the modem/router for 5 minutes)

Whenever I'm experiencing lag and performance issues on my Xbox One I reboot the network and perform these steps below.

Power Cycle the Console

  1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
  2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

  1. Plug the console power cable back in.
  2. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Clear Mac Address

  1. Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.
