Download, install and run the following driver uninstall utility:

Then either update or reinstall your video drivers.
Finally, perform a clean boot before playing to help ensure there is no other software interfering with the game:

Hey @3zek1el could you make an msinfo for your self and in there we can see if there is crash report from the game to see if there is a trigger.

If you go to your MSINFO and press Ctrl + F you will get a search bar. write "Application Error" and click next and you will be forward to all of the errors you have with the system you will also see what caused the error.
Do you see any errors?

Your support is terrible first i could not even start the game now it crashes. Me and the other players paid up to 70 euro for this game and your company have not made an official statement about this matter. How you call this?
