Subscription, payed but not subscribed [ Edited ]

Hello everyone,

i just tried to subscribe to SWTOR because my subscription ended. As i have done before i chose the 2 month one time payment using the IDeal payment method (Europe, Netherlands)

While the payment was processing an error occured. I checked my bank balance and noticed the amount was payed, however i am still not a subscriber.

On the SWTOR account, payment history, it sees that i payed, and the status is OPEN.

What do i need to do now?

Problem solved. About 40 minutes after the error my subscription changed to subscribed.
