Subscription on PC is now set to Preferred.

I was connected earlier today (07-AUG-20) as a subscriber (30 day, last payment $16.50 USD on 09-JUL-20 via paypal).  I logged out to get my spouse at the train station, returned and logged back in and got the message I was now a Preferred member.  Account is CulcarneRomeniel ([edit: email address removed] is the linked email.

Have you tried to repurchase the subscription ? support said your account is ok

I tried several times but the server said it was too busy.  I will check .y account when I get home from work.   I will check PayPal as well,  since they usually pay EA on the 9th.
