Subscription issues

Hello, I bought a subscription for a month. Payment has passed, but in my account and in the game, there is no subscriber status. On the subscriptions page, the subscription plan is selected, with the check mark that the subscriber is not. And the game says: "Your account is PREFERRED STATUS. Click to become a Subscriber. 

I've already paid, but the status has not changed to the subscriber. I am attaching the screenshots
