Subscription issue

Morning,

     I have tried on 4 different occasions to upgrade my subscriptions but I am getting a message that was an error and it couldn't process my request.  I have tried 2 different debt cards and I just tried to use Paypal.  Paypal is showing it was sent but I still got that error and my account still reflects to I am a preferred member and not subscriber.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Support are refunding the 4 purchases made whilst the account was disabled.

They said the account is ok now so you should be able to buy and get the subscription now

Im having the same problem tried my card it said error tried paypal it said error also but still took the money out of my account  username for swtor is jbirda

You have another EA/Orign account that has the Persona darthjbirda that EA account needs a password reset to restore purchasing on the swtor account

in regards to money taken can you email support@swtor.com so they can look at that for you and refund if needed.
