Subscription bought - still not reflecting in game

I have bought a 2 month subscription of Star Wars The Old republic - MMORG game. The order number is 1004850921451. My payment history shows the order. But it is not getting reflected in the game. Its been almost 23 days now since the transaction was done. My email id is [edit: email address removed]. My game character name is Siddhardha. I am unable to get in touch with anybody to get this issue fixed. I am based out of Russia. Kindly help to resolve the issue.

Support are refunding the 3 payments.

 

To fix purchasing, You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has not had a persona set yet (it is not Festandantius) that EA account also uses a mail.ru but is similar to the email on your swtor account but not identical email

 

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

 

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

 

let me know if you think you have reset the right ea account and i can check for you

I reset the passwords on both emails, can you tell me how to make the old email (mail.ru) no longer counted?

That account mentioned above will always be linked to that swtor account, you can update the email on it if needed
