Subscription Payment Issue

I thought I would come back to the game since I do like it and missed it.  I get the 60 day subscription pass and get an error saying that it wasn't processed please try again later.  After I read the message my phone notifies me that the money for the subscription was taken out.  I download the game and see that I'm still in preferred status.  Now I came back to a game I like and this is the first thing that happens I get taken for 30 dollars and can't do anything because I'm preferred not subscriber.  What can I do to either get my status changed so I can start playing or give me my money back so I can go play a game that won't steal from me.

ok game time is added , if your logged in at present you need to log out and back in again

You need to login on the EA / Origin account that uses the same email as on your swtor account and reset the password on that EA account to restore purchasing in swtor 

The 60 days you bought whilst disabled the transaction is still open, so support have put that in the refund queue to sort when it closes

once that EA account is sorted then you can purchase normally

I've never used an EA account to access the game before, I just went directly from the site downloaded it and than started playing.  Now I have to do all that to play the game?  That seems a litle more than I'm willing to do for a game when I can just as easily play other games that doesn't take that much effort.

Your swtor account is linked to an EA account , due to that EA account needing a password reset it has disabled purchasing in swtor to fix this issue that EA account needs to be fixed

I went to EA and the email in questions got a password reset, so does that mean I have to put in another 30 dollars for my subscription to work?  I really don't have the money to put into a game that I'm not sure will actually work or not.

Ok the swtor account is ok now , which would you rather now with the 60 day purchase you made earlier , they can now either add the game time or issue a refund ?
