So you can login on the EA/origin account here that would display as edge159357 not as this account that displays as Trecklin

My understanding was the the EA account edge159357 was banned not just disabled

Swtor CS said had a quick look and it appears your bank is declining the purchases.

You are best to open a ticket using https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=origin&platform=pc&category=manage-my-account&issue=banne...

you have an EA/Origin account also using the Persona blackbarthjr and that account is presently banned 

once that is sorted purchasing on the swtor account will work again

I am a Founder and have been a subscriber since day one.  I logged on two weeks and discoverd that my sub had been cancelled.  Now I cannot sub to SWTOR.  I changed passwords on both SWTOR and EA and used a different browser but still cant sub.  Any advice?

My user name is ThomasRussell. I've been a long time subscriber to Swtor with a monthly sub renewal. I can log into my account but it will not allow my to purchase cartel coins or resubscribe. It changed my account to preferred status also. I've tried the work around that was posted but it did not help.

Hi. I'm trying to subscribe, but it keeps showing me a maintenance page. I've tried resetting my EA password. And tried using different browsers. My SWTOR username is Darth-Yven.

You have another EA/origin account that uses the Persona frostie9411 , that account needs a password reset, once that is sorted, purchasing on swtor will work again
