SWTOR- Sub not working

I bought the 60 day game time sub and it’s been a few hours and none of it’s been added to my account, I did it through paypal and I have the receipt and it shows up in my account activity but it never went through, my username is XxlElitelxX

I bought the 60 days and I have the receipt, I did it through paypal and it isn’t working and it’s been a few hours. Nothing’s changed but I see it in my account history but the game time isn’t added. The money is out of my bank and i’m not sure what to do. my username is XxlElitelxX

You should be sorted now, if logged in presently you will need to log out and back in

@proxos666 Hello, login name is Lyzael, I'm a preferred player that used a friends recruit a friend code, account information tells me I have 6 days of premium left but in-game premium features don't show up for me. I've also added 30 days of subscription time as well (I have the receipt on paypal) but no money has been taken out of paypal and my account on the website shows no transactions took place even though I did. I hope this can get resolved.
