Not sure why it finally worked to use a different browser this time, but it finally did. Thank you. Does that mean it will go back to working correctly on any browser I use?

yes just means the other browser has it cached locally so clearing the cache on that browser will do too

Hello.

I am having a strange issue buying the one time subscription, using Paypal. Yesterday i tried to buy it but at the end i received a red message saying that an error occurred and the purchase didnt't go well. I didn't copy paste the message (my bad) but it had "{0}" at the end. I tried two more times, getting always the same message. To my surprise, I received three email notifications from Paypal that the three transactions went well. I checked my account today, but I am still on preferred status. Looking in "Show your payment history" from "Subscription" page, this is what i get

 

2020/05/19 7:13 PM CLOSED-- 1004546044141
2020/05/19 1:30 PM CLOSED-- 1004544444141
2020/05/19 1:27 PM CLOSED-- 1004543644141

 

 

So it does look like that the subscription has been payed but game time was not added to my account. How can i solve this?

I also was having this issue and i contacted swtor support, but have not received any answer back, i bought the one time sub, and was billed, yet no game time was added.
