Swtor CS advise you have another EA/origin account that has the persona ramakin1  and it uses a yahoo.gr email address , that account requires a password reset , once that is done swtor purchasing will work again

thank you, i know that im subed, i tryed to buy a second sub and that one worked, and it kind of confused me that both subs where in my billing info but only one was activated.

Least you know swtor have placed that other purchase into the refund queue if it closes on there system

Swtor CS advise that yo uhave another EA/Origin account that uses the personna biscuit1996 with a hotmail address, that account is presently banned

try raising a ticket using https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=origin&platform=pc&category=manage-my-account&issue=banne...

once that account is good swtor purchasing will work again

@proxos666 Im having the same issues. Changed my origin email to a different gmail. Reset all my passwords for origin/ea and swtor.

Have listed it with swtor CS for feedback, it may be tuesday before have something, there is a bank holiday in galway so CS may not be online today

Been trying to subscribe over the past 3 days and no luck.  Tried multiple browsers and computers all while Dev posts are saying the issue is resolved.

I verified my credit card and they did not charge it.  System just stopped my active sub at the renewal date.

EDIT: I have tried to reset my EA account (new one to post here) but I have the feeling it is setup with an older email address that I no longer have access to.
