I am getting the issue that when I go to purchase a subscription on the SWTOR website it tells me:
     SWTOR.com is temporarily unavailable as we are experiencing extremely high traffic. Please check back again soon, or visit our Twitter account for details!

When I go to look at my Payment History I get the following message:
     The EA Billing and Management services cannot be accessed at this time. Please try again later.

 

I've tried all the steps that the SWTOR Twitter has said to do and followed the advice that Swtorista's Youtube tutorial has suggested to do to fix it (twice now), but none of it has worked at this point.  No other website browser works, password resets do nothing and I've even cleared my browser's cache, but none of it has worked.

You need to get access to the EA account hamlinalex  not the one your presently posting from being hamlinalex6

 

there's also an older yahoo email on the EA account in case EA gets confused

The linked EA account to Gauss uses the personna eightball6219 that account needs a password reset

Swtor CS have refunded the 60 day purchase, you will need to email the amazon 90 day code into support@swtor.com so they can apply it manually to your account , will need to be patient as tha twill take about 10 days to get through the queue


Any sub purchase applied to that swtor account now will now work ok moving forward (except that 90 day code that has been used when the account is disabled)

Swtor CS have refunded the 60 day purchase you made due to the disabled EA account daledamme

 

The EA account daledamme uses the same email as the swtor account daleerwin and it needs to have a password reset , once that EA account has had a password reset purchasing will work as normal and you can then apply game time ok

You need to raise a ticket via help.ea.com for origin and the EA banned account DEVONJOHNSONX24

 

Once the banned account issue is resolved, purchasing on swtor will work again

Log in to help.ea.com with the same email address used on your swtor account liamek and reset the password on that EA account , that should sort out purchasing.
