Subscription Issue

I have tried using PayPal and Multiple debit cards to renew my subscription and it has not worked.  It shows up in bank statements and makes money inaccessible but has no effect on my account.  Any help woild be appreciated.

I sent it over to have them look and they advised the account was disabled but is now fixed and subscription was added from last purchase.  If you had any duplicate charges they would be refunded.
