Hello, I've tried to subscribe today a few times a the same message keeps popping up with minimal information,
"This service is currently unavailable for this account. If you wish to purchase more cartel coins please call our Customer Service team or you can try again tomorrow"
Must I truly have to wait or is this an actual error on my account I need to resolve?

This issue should be fully resolved

I have been trying to subscribe for about a week now and the website keeps giving me the message "SWTOR.com is temporarily unavailable as we are experiencing extremely high traffic. Please check back again soon, or visit our Twitter account for details!" but there isn't anything about that on Twitter. I'd like to know what's going on and how can I solve that.

I have been a Sub since day one and now I cannot resub as my card expired and it would not let me change the pay method so now it unsubbed me. All I get for the last two weeks is the maintenance notice or ea billing unavailable. I am in Australia and have had trouble contact anyone to help. I have tried Twitter and Facebook but no one answers my msg. Username is Ziursudra.

This is certainly a known issue with CS and is being worked on , unfortunately that is all i can advise, apart from hopefully this is resolved soon

have you tried the 60 day pre paid cards? why not try that and see if it work's you can get em at wal-mart and gamestop. usually the pre-paid card's work

I would click this link https://www.swtor.com/redeem-code
then click on the redeem code now button and just confirm you can actually get to the point to enter a code for redemption first.
