Subscription Failed Through Steam - No Help or Response from Support

I purchased a subscription through Steam on July 28 yet my subscription has still not been activated. This is despite the fact that I have gone through multiple back and forth email cycles with different support specialists sharing the same screenshots multiple times plus a phone call to both validate my purchase and reactivate my EA account after a forced password change. After being told subscription days would be manually added to my account, I have heard nothing but radio silence since last week and there is no indication the days have been added. 
 
My ID is "theodyssey." I am extremely dissatisfied that it has been over a week now since I have been charged for this subscription and there has not been a resolution.

Support cant see an email from you in the queue, recommend resending the email with the proof of purchase and send it from the email linked to the swtor account.

 

If the email is sent on a different email to what is used on the swtor account there is no way to easily track that email is related to that account.

I can confirm in every instance where I've sent (and resent) and exchanged emails with support that I have used the email address associated with both my Origin account and SWTOR. I have just sent in a fresh email submission hoping this one doesn't get dropped like all the others. This is getting to be a bit ridiculous.

Ok can confirm your email is now been placed in the right queue, just need to be patient a little longer
