Support cant see an email from you in the queue, recommend resending the email with the proof of purchase and send it from the email linked to the swtor account.
If the email is sent on a different email to what is used on the swtor account there is no way to easily track that email is related to that account.

I can confirm in every instance where I've sent (and resent) and exchanged emails with support that I have used the email address associated with both my Origin account and SWTOR. I have just sent in a fresh email submission hoping this one doesn't get dropped like all the others. This is getting to be a bit ridiculous.

Ok can confirm your email is now been placed in the right queue, just need to be patient a little longer
