I got a Subscription Code for SWTOR and when I tried to redeem it the website said it had already been used. I did have an old EA account and I did reset the password, I'm not sure if there's another step after that. Tried to call EA in USA and UK, but they both seem unavailable at the moment. Is there any other way to get in contact with EA or to solve this issue?

what is the swtor username can check the account is ok and provide that feedback ?
as to the code you may need to call them so they can validate the code and add the game time manually will check and let you know

Yeah, I was unfortunate with the timing. I believe none of the English speaking customer services are working right now due to the time. Thank you for the reply. :D

I will have feedback from them in about 5 hrs , the lines are up in about 9 hrs i believe for the english support

ok support can see the ticket in the queue however they recommend you call them to get this sorted
