Subscriber or cartel coins buy not working for me

Hey ive had this issue for months now whenever i open the store and try to subscribe or buy cartel coins it says that the site is under mainentanance and i really wanna subscribe

Can you reconfirm the swtor username for your account

ok found the swtor account through the character name , you have another EA/origin account that has the Persona peyagero that account needs a password reset to restore purchasing on swtor

you need to login here with the account that will show as peyagero not as laffeythebest, that account is likley using an email address previously used on the swtor account when the account was created. that account is disabled until it has a password reset , that is also why the purchasing on swtor is not working as the accounts are linked

you can try and email support@swtor.com they may be able to provide you more information about that EA account like the email address on it , once you are verified as the owner of the swtor account
