Subscriber ended after 6 days?

I paid for a month of subscriber 6 days ago, but suddenly its no longer in my pay history and im no longer subscriber? has this happened to anyone else? i cant even file a complaint because im not a subscriber...

I figured it out. I canceled the subscription after buying it to stop the auto renew but I guess they took that as I didn't want subscriber and never processed the payment. Not sure why I had it for 6 days lol

2 thoughts , you used a 7 day referral and it has ended , or you are on the wrong account hence why there is no payment details

if you cant work it out you need to call accounts - link and they can assist
