I subscribed yesterday but for some reason, my subscription still isn't showing in-game. I was given the cartel coins but my status is still showing as preferred on the loading screen.

When this is fixed you will have the game time paid for, so if 30 days purchased the full 30 days

Seeing as I've still had no update on this would it be worth me emailing the support team about this issue as well, money has been taken from my bank account and I'm still yet to see my subscription become available in-game.

Will followup, CS do need to get feedback from the studio as CS cant fix your account, and Yes it helps to have a ticket/email in the system to use even for tracking purposes
