I also have the same issue I'm wondering if it could be fixed in the near future as the support line on the E.A website for Canada says it's not in service. I would really like to get back in the game as I love it and have spent a ton of money on this game

Seriously is the "syncing" gonna take 1 day, 2 days or should we just wait for how ever long it takes. You obviously prioritized the subscription problems above cartel coin problems, but don't you think if you keep doing this we won't be subscribers for long?
