Subscribed on the site but not working in-game.

I was a subscriber for sometime then I quit playing for a while. I recently started playing again and I was at preferred status, I paid for my subscription again and it has been two days and still says I am preferred even thought the website under subscription shows I am subscriber.

@1337MG  I can see that you are a subscriber in game as well. if you still got issues, please make sure you are on the correct account. If there is still something, please call in so my colleagues can have a look

I wrote 2 messages and in both, i think wrote the wrong Username

I logged in today and it still says its free-to-play

Hello, I re-subbed to SWTOR yesterday 5/23/19, and the website shows me as subscribed, and having the cartel coins for subbing. But when I log into the game itself, I am still preferred.

Can you please assist on reactivating my in-game account?
