Subscribed on the site but not working in-game.

As stated above i paid for recurring subscription on 6th june but today after the maintenance my subscription gone and im preferred status now i have the mail confirmation of the payment and on my credit card there is 14.99 payment and got 500 cartel coins for subscription but my subscription ended for no reason at all

okay it was actually my bad i never subscribed at all my credit card didnt allow it but now i subscribed more than 45 mins in the site my status is subscribed but in the game im preferred hope it will be fixed soon

its not easy to call abroad from my country my phone provider dont allow calls so customer service is no use for me is there any e-mail adress of support that i can e-mail?
