Sub failure

Ingame name DG_Shadow, i purchased the 60 day version. Payment went through but game does not show im a subscriber. Even shows up in previous transactions. I also purchased a 30 day subscription through steam to see if that would change it. Thats when i noticed i got charged for the 60 days on the first transaction despite still failing with both methods.

Support can see your accounts are ok now,  and they have refunded the purchases made on swtor.com whilst purchasing was disabled.

So any future purchases will work as intended.

I've emailed them 4 days ago and have not heard a response. How long does it typically take?

I would say 4 -5 days at present so you should be hearing from them soon, if nothing by mon let me know and i can try and check up
