Sturmgeschutz IV not delivered bf5

To make it short, because Im sure a lot of people are aware,
but my Tides of War Event tree is complete (I was on 18/20 for the kills), and returned today to see it was reduced to 5.
I tried getting into a server, and got 1 more kill, to try and refresh the kill logging, and stay to the end of the game.

I still don't get the tank in my armory or company.
Please Dice..

Ok same thing happened to me yesterday after the in-game update of the playlist  they tweaked the number of kills to 5 (because players turned toxic while trying the mission) so i 

think like me if u had more  than 5 kills but less than 20 . The game algorithms are in conflict because  of it . It says u unlocked  it when really u haven't... Hence the missing tank... Shame really .. a little equation error means missing content. No worries though im sure dice is gonna fix the issue....

I had the same issue. I logged back on to finish the challenge and saw it was only 5 kills now, but I didn’t get the tank. I also wasn’t given the Chapter XP for challenges Can Opener, Prepared Positions, Hard Targets Sighted, or Armored Fist. Is there any way I can be given this XP because it says I completed it? That’s a total of 81,900 XP which is why I am upset since I earned it. I need every little bit I can get because I want to get to chapter rank 40.
