I'm still having the issue. I've tried everything

The issue is not trying to get the car, the issue is that... there is not even a sign in account for ea or just a part of the account services that can link from PlayStation to ea, nothing comes out for me. Do you know this issue? Its super weird.

I figured it out so all you have to is that if you Have the car customize in NFS Studio and done . All you have to do is soon you have it customize go to the game NFS Heat, go to the dealership and you got to buy the car that you customize , when that you brought car ship it to the garage, go to the garage swap the car you brought go to studio there it is customize

I can’t access studio nfs heat from ps4 and the error code is 00238.0

I don't know why this marked as a solution, but this still doesn't fix the problem. 

I'm signed in with the same e-mail in both the Heat Studio and the PS4 game.
I have the car in the game.
I have the design in the app.
Still doesn't do the import.
What is the problem? I haven't found any useable solutions...
