Stuck on walls [ Edited ]

Probably 40-50% of the time when I am standing near a wall and getting shot, my character physically cannot move or wall climb, does anyone else have this issue (this does not happen when not near a wall)? I know bullets cause slow but this is not the same as I physically am stuck in one place. I am on PS4 btw, and my ping is almost always between the range of 24-35 ms. Btw this is apex legends, forgot to put that on here originally. Also I can still shoot and aim different directions but movement is not an option.
