Stuck On "We're creating your case" screen
Well I saw other people asking this but the answer says "open your product's origin" but The Sims Mobile doesn't have an origin, i guess. So how do I continue to creating a case?

Can you try using a Chrome browser in incognito mode? Also, if you can display the desktop version instead of the mobile version, that may help. Thanks!

It doesn"t work (I tried on tablet, telephone and computer. In incognito and phone & tablet were in desktop mode and all was in incognito)
