11:15AM Patch Update does not fix "Stuck on Loading Screen" Issue

The recent patch update does not fix the issue I'm having being stuck on loading screens. I still cannot get into the game. 

I'm on IOS iPad. I have been locked out for hours.

Same issue my Game was stucked at cantina loading this afternoon between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm,

I am stuck on Cantina loading, been stuck like this for 7-8 hours. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9, just had a new software update right before the problem starter, could that be it?

I have rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and I still can't get it to go past "Loading Cantina". I'm out of options to try other than giving up on your game

I could'n log in for hours, I missed a bonus energy, all arena and fleet arena battles before payouts.
