Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug Click on game to open does cutscenes of the cars racing and says to push A to play as my name and has the options button top right to change account but won’t do anything when I push A to use my account and it won’t let me change accounts. Nothing is plugged into Xbox and my controller is updated. My controller works fine on the need for speed payback just fine all buttons are good just won’t go past this screen.

What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing but the beginning car scene
What do you expect to see? A refund or to be able to play the game. I’m going to wait about 2 more days before going for a refund if I can’t play it.
