Stuck on loading screen Plants vs Zombies GW2 xbox

Uninstalled game and reinstalled which corrected problem and game ran just fine.

Next day went to play and now it's back to stuck on loading screen. Why does this happen?

I've gone through all steps and everything checks out and works great. Only game that does not work on our Xbox is Plants vrs Zombies GW2.

All other games run just fine.

same thing for me and gets stuck on the flower and takes me back to my home screen im on xbox one btw
